We would like to inform you that effective June 1, 2015, the Central Cultural Fund will issue all tourist tickets exclusively from Cultural Triangle sites, as issuing tickets from our Colombo office has proven to be challenging. Please note the following procedures for obtaining tourist tickets:

1. Ticket Issuance:
   All tourist tickets will be available only at the Cultural Triangle sites. The Colombo office will no longer issue tickets.
2. Deposit Procedures:
   Travel Agent Companies are required to deposit funds at the CCF Head Office for each site separately.
3. Receipt Protocol:
   The deposit receipt must be sent to the chief ticket seller at each project site by the Central Cultural Fund.
4. Issuance Notes:
   Travel Agent Companies must provide an issuance note to obtain tourist tickets from each site.
5. Cash Receipts: After receiving the tourist tickets, the Travel Agent Company must obtain a cash receipt from the ticket seller.
6. Account Balancing:
   Travel Agent Companies should regularly balance their accounts and make the necessary deposits to the CCF.
7. Ticket Validity:
   Please be aware that tourist tickets will only be valid for the date of issuance, with no extensions permitted.
8. Online Reservations:
   Both local and international visitors can make site reservations through our online payment system at eTicket Reservation, which allows for seamless ticket purchases for heritage sites.
